Strategic Scholar · Author · AI Scientist · Founder, QNeura.ai
AI scientist, book author and strategic scholar researching applied AI systems within Defence and Strategic Studies, with an emphasis on strategic risk and technology ethics.
About
Shlomo Kashani is a researcher and technologist whose work spans artificial intelligence and strategic studies. He is the founder of QNeura.ai, where he leads production AI systems work including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic systems, and quantum machine learning for technology companies and institutional clients navigating the intersection of advanced computation and complex geopolitical environments.
With more than twenty years of hands-on AI and systems engineering, including a Gold Medal in the Kaggle AI Mathematical Olympiad (AIMO-2) and authorship of Deep Learning Interviews, Kashani operates at the frontier of applied AI. His technical work spans Fortune 500 deployments, award-winning open source projects, and research into quantum machine learning and computational intelligence.
His parallel track runs through strategic scholarship. Currently completing studies in Defence and Strategic Studies at Missouri State University, his research examines the ethical and strategic dimensions of emerging technologies in high-stakes geopolitical environments, including how speed and complexity reshape political decision-making, the moral frameworks that govern state action under pressure, and the institutional conditions that separate disciplined judgment from panic. He writes from Israel, where his research subjects are not abstractions.
