Founder & Chief Scientist
Shlomo Kashani
Founder & Chief AI Strategist
QNeura is led by Shlomo Kashani, who holds advanced degrees from MSU (Defense and Strategic Studies), Johns Hopkins University (Quantum Physics and Computing), and Queen Mary University of London (Digital Signal Processing).
I am an interdisciplinary technologist whose academic and professional journey spans artificial intelligence, quantum computing, diplomacy, strategy, and military history. This breadth equips me to excel as a Chief Scientist, where I combine scientific rigor with ethical awareness and cultural insight.
I am driven by building, whether software, hardware, or simulations, and I thrive on the most demanding challenges, from CUDA to Metal Shaders, from CMake to designing long-term strategic AI roadmaps. The more complex the problem, the more compelling it becomes.
I have built and led AI teams as Head of AI, recruiting and mentoring engineers and scientists to deliver meaningful breakthroughs. My technical expertise includes agentic AI frameworks and orchestrators, LLMs and VLMs (Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek), and the full model lifecycle: pre-training, fine-tuning, LoRA, multi-GPU inference, and deployment using Hugging Face and vLLM. I am a Kaggle Master and an AIMO-2 LLM Competition Gold Medalist. As a published author, my book Deep Learning Interviews is widely regarded as a practical reference in the field.
As the founder of QNeura.ai, I lead a premier firm providing strategic consulting in Generative AI, Large Language Models, and quantum computing. We deliver production-ready, innovative solutions that fuse theoretical depth with practical ingenuity for startups and enterprises worldwide.
I rigorously validate my work through hundreds of experiments, drawing on a deep foundation in physics, AI, war history, and strategy.
My academic path reflects this curiosity: from mastering the DSS program at MSU, to advanced specialization in Signal Processing at Queen Mary University of London, to exploring the frontiers of Quantum Physics at Johns Hopkins University. Together, these experiences have sharpened my ability to synthesize knowledge across disciplines and transform it into real-world impact.
